Vv345 Terms and Conditions — Platform Rules and User Rights

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following terms have the meanings described below:

• "vv345" or "Platform": the vv345.best website and all associated digital services, including Sports Betting, online casino, crash games, bingo, progressive jackpot, and any ancillary features.
• "User" or "You": any individual who accesses or uses the vv345 platform, whether or not they have completed registration.
• "Account": the individual profile created by the user on the vv345 platform by completing the registration form and accepting these Terms.
• "Balance": the amount in BRL (R$) available in the user's account for betting and withdrawals, consisting of the user's own deposits and any bonus credits.
• "Bonus Balance": promotional credit granted by vv345 subject to specific usage conditions, held separately from the personal deposit balance.
• "Bet": amount in BRL (R$) committed by the user on a sporting event or game available on the platform.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer): mandatory identity verification process required for withdrawals, in accordance with applicable regulations.

To create an account and use vv345 services, the user must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 (eighteen) years of age at the time of registration.
• Reside in or have access to services in Brazil.
• Hold a valid CPF (Cadastro de Pessoa Física) registered in your name.
• Not be on any gambling or betting self-exclusion list.
• Not be an employee, partner, representative, or immediate family member of a vv345 employee.

The registration process requires your full name as it appears on an official document, CPF, date of birth, a valid email address, and a Brazilian mobile number. You are responsible for the accuracy of all information provided. False or incorrect information may result in account closure and withholding of pending funds as outlined in clause 12.

Each user may hold only one (1) active account at vv345. Registering multiple accounts using the same CPF, email address, phone number, IP address, or banking details is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all accounts involved.

The user is solely responsible for keeping their login credentials — username and password — secure. vv345 cannot be held liable for unauthorized access resulting from the user's failure to keep their password confidential. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact support immediately via live chat or WhatsApp.

• Password must be at least 8 characters long, combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, and numbers.
• Sharing your account with third parties is prohibited.
• The account is non-transferable and may not be sold, assigned, or transferred in any way.
• Two-factor authentication (2FA) is strongly recommended and can be enabled in the account security settings.

Vv345 accepts deposits in BRL (R$) via the following methods: Pix, boleto bancário, credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Elo), PicPay, Mercado Pago, and TED bank transfer from any Brazilian bank.

Deposits made through methods not listed above, or originating from third-party accounts, will be rejected and returned to the source. vv345 does not accept cash deposits. All deposits must come from accounts registered in the name of the platform account holder.

Withdrawals are available to users with a verified account (KYC completed). The preferred and fastest method is Pix, processed in up to 8 seconds to any key registered to the account holder's CPF. The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 30.00.

• Withdrawals may only be made to bank accounts, Pix keys, or digital wallets in the name of the the account holder on vv345 — identified by the same CPF.
• Pix withdrawals are processed automatically 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays.
• Withdrawals above R$ 10,000.00 per transaction may be subject to a manual security review of up to 24 hours.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — only the balance resulting from meeting the bonus rollover conditions is eligible for withdrawal.
• Vv345 reserves the right to request additional documentation proving income or source of funds for high-value withdrawals, in accordance with anti-money laundering requirements.

Vv345 offers its users periodic bonuses and promotions. Each promotion has specific conditions that must be read in full before opting in. The main active bonuses are:

• Welcome Bonus: 100% match on the first deposit, up to R$ 1,200.00. Activated automatically on the first deposit of any amount from R$ 20.00. Subject to a 5x (five times) rollover on the bonus amount in bets with minimum odds of 1.50 before withdrawal.
• Weekly Cashback: 10% back on Sports Betting losses from Monday through Sunday, credited automatically every Monday. Maximum of R$ 500.00 per week. No rollover requirement on the cashback.

General rules applicable to all vv345 bonuses:

• Each bonus may be used once per account and per CPF, unless otherwise stated in the specific terms.
• Bonus balance and deposit balance are managed separately on the platform.
• Vv345 reserves the right to cancel bonuses granted in error or in cases of abuse, such as opening multiple accounts or exploiting technical glitches.
• Unused bonuses expire 30 days after the grant date, unless otherwise stated in the specific terms of each promotion.
• The rollover must be completed before any withdrawal when an active bonus balance is present. If the user wishes to withdraw before completing the rollover, the bonus balance will be forfeited and only the remaining balance from the user's own deposits may be withdrawn.

General betting rules on vv345:

• Every bet accepted by the system is final and cannot be canceled by the user after confirmation, except as described in the specific policies for each market.
• Vv345 reserves the right to limit or refuse bets from any user without providing a reason, particularly in cases of very high-value bets on low-liquidity events.
• Errors in odds setting (clearly incorrect odds, system errors, or accidental publication of odds outside market standards) may result in the cancellation of the bet and a refund of the amount to the balance, regardless of the event outcome.
• Bets on permanently cancelled events are voided and the full stake is returned to the account balance.
• Bets on postponed events: if the event takes place within 48 hours of the original scheduled time, bets remain valid and are settled on the final result. If the event does not take place within that window, bets are voided and stakes are refunded.
• The minimum bet amount is R$ 1.00. The maximum bet amount varies by sport, market, and event, as shown on the confirmation screen before you finalize your bet.

For live bets, odds are updated in real time. vv345 may temporarily suspend live markets during critical moments of play (goals, serious fouls, VAR reviews in football, tie-breaks in volleyball). Bets submitted while a market is suspended will be processed once odds are restored, or canceled and refunded, as applicable.

• The platform's average RTP (Return to Player) is 97%. The specific RTP for each slot or game is available on the game information screen before play begins.
• The progressive jackpot accumulates prizes from a percentage of bets placed on participating games. The accumulated amount is displayed in real time. Jackpot distribution is random and can occur at any point during a valid bet.
• Jackpot prizes above R$ 10,000.00 may be subject to additional verification before being credited to the account.

• Exploitation of technical glitches: exploiting odds errors, system glitches, or abnormal platform behavior to gain an unfair advantage.
• Multiple accounts: creating or operating more than one account using the same CPF, email address, or banking details in order to repeatedly claim welcome bonuses or other new-user promotions.
• Unauthorized access: attempting to access systems, databases, or areas of the platform that are not available to regular users.

Violating any of these rules may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of bonuses and pending winnings, and reporting to the relevant authorities in accordance with applicable Brazilian law.

• Deposit limits: configurable on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately; requests to increase a limit take 7 days to come into effect.
• Bet limits: maximum bet amount configurable by the user.
• Session alerts: automatic notifications when the session time limit set by the user is reached.
• Financial reality: access to the full history of deposits, withdrawals, and bets at any time.

• Opening multiple accounts with the same CPF or banking details.
• Self-exclusion request submitted by the user.

If an account is closed due to a Terms violation, vv345 will retain any bonus funds and winnings obtained through the irregular conduct. The user's own deposits will be refunded after review, except in cases of proven fraud or a contrary court order.

Vv345 is not liable for financial losses resulting from bets freely placed by the user on the platform. Betting carries an inherent risk of loss, and by accepting these Terms the user acknowledges that risk.

• Vv345 does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted availability of the platform. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance whenever possible. Emergency outages do not give rise to any right to compensation.
• Vv345 is not responsible for internet connectivity issues on the user's end that interrupt bets in progress.
• Sports performance data, statistics, and odds published on the platform are provided for reference purposes only and do not constitute investment advice.
• Vv345's total liability for any incident, under any circumstance, is limited to the balance available in the user's account at the time of the incident.

Vv345 reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time, particularly in the event of changes to Brazilian legislation applicable to the online betting and gaming sector.

• Material changes will be communicated via the registered email address and through a visible notification on the platform, with a minimum advance notice of 7 calendar days before it takes effect.
• Emergency changes required by legal or regulatory order may take effect immediately, with simultaneous notice to users.
• Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes tacit acceptance of the updated Terms.
• If the user does not agree with the changes, they must request account closure before the date the changes take effect.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, in particular the Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8,078/1990), the General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018), and the specific legislation applicable to online betting and gaming in Brazil.

For dispute resolution, both parties agree to use vv345's support channels (live chat and WhatsApp) as the primary means of amicable settlement. If administrative resolution is not possible, the district court of São Paulo — SP is elected as the competent jurisdiction to resolve any matters arising from these Terms, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction, however privileged.
